High volume radon system
Active Soil Depressurization (ASD) system installed to reduce elevated radon in air concentrations as low as possible. This home had a heavy bed of gravel and sub slab pipe which required the use of 4" PVC and a high volume radon mitigation fan. Because of the porous gravel bed under the slab, one suction point was all that was needed to successfully establish a negative sub slab pressure field.
