Radon mitigation in multiple basements

Challenge

The home has two basements separated by a poured concrete foundation wall. A suction point in one basement slab would not extend a pressure field to the other basement slab.

Solution

Manifold the Active Soil Depressurization piping into one system, with suction points in both basement slabs. Radon fan is mounted in the garage with the exhaust out the back wall of the garage. This exhaust route kept everything out of sight from the front and sides of the home.
